I'm a Black Hole!

I got new lights and redid the studio setup today to much better results.  I did, however, run into some editing issues.  But, that's how we learn, right?!  I also realized that while wearing a white shirt isn't a good idea for green screening, wearing a black shirt and using a black star field background isn't a good idea either.  Oh well, just check out the video.

Tomorrow, Monica is sending over some exercise goodness and I'm looking forward to adding that to the regimen.  I'll try to shoot more video this week but special effects add to the rendering time so they definitely won't be every day.

Things like this don't usually bother me, but, being a human being I'm a slave to my inner instinct to want what I can't have.  In this case, I want sugar! Well, not exactly sugar, but things that have sugar in them.

I also finally show you the bottle I've been blabbing about in every video.  I'm looking forward to upping the production value of these videos too.  I'm going to be playing all weekend with Sony Vegas Pro 12 trying to learn some cool tricks.

It's 21 degrees outside and I'm eating a rice cake.  Things are peachy!  Check out today's video and rest on the knowledge that my wife ate rice pudding in front me and told me how super delicious it was.  :-D

Finding My Sea Legs

First day of the nutritional plan didn't go without its hiccups.  I'm ill prepared with the food and spices and condiments that I have so it's time to hit Trader Joes.  My crappy schedule is going to make this a tad difficult but I'll have to figure something out.  Here's the video for today.
