This is Christmas weekend and I can guarantee that there is going to be an overabundance of yummy food and treats and I'm going to eat them all! The difference will be that this time I'm going to burn the extra calories by working out more and harder. But, I'm going to eat, enjoy and not beat myself up over it.
So, I know I'm not the only one that does this. Do you do this? Take it from me . . . you should stop! Enjoy yourself and eat what you want this weekend and just do a few more pushups or a few more crunches. Perhaps go for a walk outside and look at everyone's Christmas lights! Either way, give yourself a break and enjoy the holiday season!
